Nature

The sun shines above in the light blue sky

I try to look above but it blinds us shy

The shade of the trees beckons us to the rocky terrain

The coolness of earth feels a velvety cave

I wonder why it is the bliss I seek

The nature the hub of my retreat

I might want to introspect or just lie low

Or scream the song of birds on the move

The dewy fragrance is the intoxication in the breeze

As if the parched land has drunk the elixir we breathe

The clouds hide the golden globe

And the snowy wind from the distant land above

The stars would twinkle soon

And the moonlight would bloom

By the bank I would sit & gaze

The darken sky in the dusky haze

The flow of the river reverberating the dance of my soul

The shadow of trees, my companions, they enclose.
